Federation's Jewish Community Relations Council: Your Advocate and Voice

The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) advocates for Israel and world Jewry, promotes the Jewish community’s political agenda at all levels of government, educates our greater community on Jewish experiences and participates in a broad variety of social justice activities.

Federation Takes Stand on Sanctions Against Iran

Recently, Federation leaders joined other Jewish organizations in Washington, DC to lobby Congress to pass additional sanctions against Iran to thwart development of their nuclear capability.       Anne & Sam Klein Jewish Coalition for Literacy Co-Chairs Bob Born and Claire Kauftheil hold the Hall of Fame Award presented to the coalition for their committment to the county's students in helping them enhance their reading skills.

      Federation Literacy Program Wins Award from School District

      Federation's Anne & Sam Klein Jewish Coalition for Literacy recently received the Hall of Fame award from the School District of Palm Beach County during a ceremony celebrating the district’s 2009 Volunteer and Business Partnership Centennial Awards event. The coalition’s award represents the fifth honor of its kind to be presented to an organization that has worked with the school district and consistently earned the district superintendent’s award given to organizations that partner with the district.
